My brother Adam dubbed me "improv cook" a few years ago because of my McGyver-like skills to make up just about everything I cook based on what I have hanging around or what I am craving. Here are some of this things I have come up with recently as well as when my next improv comedy show is opening.

The closed-eyed middle gal's looking for a silken tofu recipe for fake hummos... w/o the chick peas. Any suggestions? Or just a tofu tip for crudites (maybe with SOFRITO?) Please help, improv cook! :)
